Her women-based Coaching and Mentoring Initiatives:

Mentor at the International Cherie Blaire Foundation – to mentor women in developing countries.
NLP Mentor at Sheroes – community for women mentorship.
Coach at Women’s International Network (WIN) coaching Lab – 2013.
Mentor at Global Mentoring Walk for women (Three consecutive years until 2014) – To encourage new emerging women entrepreneurs in Business and self-competence.

POSH

Tamarailife is committed to causes for women safety.

She is the ‘Senior Consultant’ for ‘Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace’ (POSH) for several firms, and conducts POSH awareness sessions across levels including CXO level.

Payal up-skills IC members on POSH in prevention, prohibition and redressal process as mandated by the law, and is empaneled as a third-party member for many firms, wherein she has been a part of the IC to resolve real-time SH cases.

Payal is a council member with WICCI Delhi ASH. She is committed to the cause of individuals owning their voice and spaces.
